Chinese Baijiu is a kind of hard liquor brewed through fermenting, distilling, storing and aging with grains as the raw materials. Due to its strong and bright taste as well as rich and varied aromas, it has been ranked first in the world’s top six distilled liquors. Luzhou City in Sichuan Province, which is called “The City of Baijiu”, has been recognized by the experts of UNESCO as “the best region for brewing high-quality distilled spirits at the north latitude 28°of the earth”. Honored as the origin of Strong Aroma Baijiu, Luzhou Laojiao is the most brilliant diamond among the thousands of years of Baijiu making history in Luzhou.

Finely selected from the region of Luzhou, Sichuan Province, the red glutinous sorghum is fermented in the historical fermentation pits and blended to the perfection. Before releasing, it is bottled in an exquisite Chinese clay bottle. Owing to the fact that the clay bottle is porous, the baijiu kept in the bottle can actually ‘breathe’.
